The Account Executive will handle specific aspects of designated Keystone accounts. An Account Executive is an integral part of the Agency. They take ownership of their assigned responsibilities and responsibility for managing day-to-day efforts towards successful execution of brand/product Client goals. A successful Account Executive is resourceful in meeting challenges, responsive, willing to work hard to get the job done (and done right) and has a strong sense of responsibility. They should show initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, passion for the business and willingness/eagerness to learn. Through it all, a great Account Executive works well under pressure and maintains a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: • Manage and implement hospitality program and other client specific events: • Event planning and logistics • Review and negotiate contract • Generate budgets • Route client approvals • Source decor and other event enhancements • Order and distribute product • Distribute tickets / hospitality passes • Produce information packets for hospitality guests • On-site management • Provide post event recaps • Budget reconciliation • Coordinate driver appearances for client • Assist with tracking and management of approvals of client promotional concepts • Assist with management and scheduling of show car programs • Acquire premium items for clients • Manage ticket and credential requests • Manage inventory • Attend events within and outside of North Carolina when necessary • Demonstrate effective business-writing skills (i.e. memos, conference reports, letters, etc.) • Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely • Reports to Account Manager
